The CK510H CNC Lathe is a high-performance machining center

With a maximum swing diameter over the bed of φ500mm and over the slide of φ290mm, the lathe accommodates a wide range of workpiece sizes. The X-axis (transverse) maximum stroke of 295mm and flexible machining length options (500/1000/1500/2000/3000/4000/5000mm) ensure adaptability to both short and long components, making it
suitable for batch production and custom manufacturing.
At the core of its performance is a powerful spindle system: it
features an A2-8 spindle nose, with options for φ82mm or φ105mm spindle bores (both with Metric No.90 (1:20) inner hole tapers), supporting
compatibility with various tooling and workholding setups. The spindle speed range of 50-2000rpm enables high-speed machining while maintaining precision, ideal
for handling materials like steel, aluminum, and alloys.
Structurally, the CK510H boasts a 400mm-wide bed guide with a one-flat and one V-shape guideway design, ensuring minimal vibration and enhanced stability during
